Workplace wellbeing needs to recognise the whole person: their pressures, responsibilities, culture and hopes.
Today, WHIS at Work is pleased to launch its Inclusive Wellness partnership with Suhail Mirza, creator of the W.I.S.D.O.M. Programme™ and global speaker supporting healthcare, public and private sector workforces (from energy to technology and retail to professional services) across the UK and internationally. He is a former employment rights lawyer and has worked with investors in healthcare and staffing and author of the UK Healthcare Workforce and Recruitment Report for Laing Buisson. He is former City Editor of Recruitment International, hosts the acclaimed Voices of Care podcast and is a writer whose books include Many Mansions and Meet the CEO.
Together, we are offering organisations practical support through:
• Interactive webinar series
• Digital W.I.S.D.O.M. learning
• Leadership workshops and 1:1 coaching
• Dedicated Inclusive Wellness support for women
Our women’s offer creates space to explore confidence, self-belief, boundaries, competing demands, belonging and navigating change, shaped around the experiences of each group.
“Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with colleagues appreciating the practical tools to manage stress, unlock potential, and improve wellbeing. These sessions were a valuable addition to our wellbeing offer, and I would highly recommend them to other Trusts. Thank you, Suhail, for your insight and inspiration.
Salma Yasmeen, Chief Executive, Sheffield Health Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust
Across the programme, people can learn simple practices such as gratitude, contemplation, visualisation and self-forgiveness, and explore how to use them in daily life.
